The item has not arrived.
It is possible that your order was returned to the SuMALL fulfillment center by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as moving, multiple failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address.
Please check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the email sent at the time of shipment.
Due to the large volume of orders we receive, SuMALL is unable to notify customers when their orders are returned.
As stated in our policy, returned orders will be reshipped from the fulfillment center cash-on-delivery once we receive communication from the customer.
Please contact us with your order number.
I would like to correct/change the delivery address.
Due to system limitations, we are unable to change or correct the shipping address after your order has been placed.
Regarding changes to the shipping address, after the product has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Please check the tracking number provided in that email and contact the Yamato Transport Service Center after confirming their phone number.

Furthermore, according to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s regulations, if you change the shipping address, the shipping fee from the original address to the new address may be calculated even if the product has not yet been shipped.
In this case, products with a changed shipping address may be sent cash on delivery, and the recipient may be responsible for the shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding.
I want to cancel my order.
We cannot accept cancellations once payment has been completed due to customer reasons. Please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy for details.
I'd like to change the size, quantity, or sumo wrestler.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted. For details, please check our Return and Cancellation Policy.
I'm not receiving emails.
Order confirmation emails, bank transfer details emails, and shipping completion emails are sent automatically.
If you do not receive an email, the following factors may be considered:
▽Emails are being sorted into "spam"
→If you are using a free email service such as Gmail, the email may have been sorted into your spam folder, so please check your spam folder.
▽Your settings prevent you from receiving "emails from PCs"
→Email addresses from mobile carriers, etc., may be rejected due to security settings. Please check the settings on your device and either disable the setting that prevents you from receiving emails with URLs, or set your device to allow emails from the following domains: [@sumo.or.jp] and [@komoju.com].

The item was returned because I was not home or had moved and could not receive it.
If your package is returned to the SuMALL Distribution Center by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as moving, multiple delivery attempts with no one home, or an incorrect address, we will reship the package from the distribution center by cash on delivery once we receive your contact.
Please contact us and include your order number.
When will it be shipped? I need it delivered quickly.
For delivery, after payment confirmation, it will be as early as the next business day for the Kanto region and surrounding areas, and 2-3 business days for other regions.
We cannot respond to inquiries regarding individual shipping times. Thank you for your understanding. For more details, please check yourself using the tracking number provided in the email sent at the time of shipment.
Furthermore, if there are any deficiencies in the delivery address, it may take time to confirm the address, and delivery may be delayed due to factors such as weather.
For made-to-order products, an estimated shipping time is provided on the product page.
When will the sold-out item be restocked?
Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the arrival time of products. Thank you for your understanding.
At SuMALL, you can register for restock notifications from the sold-out product pages. Please make use of this feature.
I'd like to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.
We are unable to combine multiple orders for delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
I would like an invoice-compliant receipt.
Receipts can be issued online as a PDF.
Receipts can only be issued for shipped orders.
