Furthermore, according to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s regulations, if you change the shipping address, the shipping fee from the original address to the new address may be calculated, even if the product has not yet been shipped.

I want to cancel my order.

If your package is returned to the SuMALL shipping center by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as a move, multiple failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address, we will reship it from the shipping center via cash on delivery once we hear from you. Please note that due to the large number of orders we receive, we are unable to contact you before the return.

When will it be shipped? I need it delivered quickly.
After your payment is confirmed, deliveries to the Kanto region and its vicinity will take place on the next business day at the earliest, while other regions will take 2 to 3 business days. You may specify a delivery date within 7 days from the shipping date. We cannot accept requests for dates beyond this period.
Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding shipping times. For more details, please check the tracking number provided in the email sent at the time of shipment.
Additionally, if there are any inaccuracies in your shipping address, it may take extra time to confirm the address, and deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions or other factors.

By registering as a member of SuMALL, you can enjoy the following benefits and convenient features:

*Only Makuuchi sumo wrestlers (as of the November 2023 Grand Sumo Tournament) can be registered as "Favorite Sumo Wrestlers."

What does it mean to subscribe to an email newsletter?
If you select "Subscribe" to the email newsletter when registering as a new member or changing your member information, we will send you information about new products, online-exclusive products that can only be purchased here, campaigns, and more via email.
Email newsletter subscriptions are free.
Is it possible to purchase products without registering as a member?
You can purchase products without registering as a member, but issuing receipts and making future purchases will be more convenient. Additionally, for customers who wish to receive them, we will send email newsletters with special offers and new product announcements. Please register.

We cannot split shipments for customer convenience.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, SuMALL does not ship internationally.

Can I buy them at the Kokugikan or other sumo venues?
Excluding custom-made items, some products may also be available at the Kokugikan and other sumo tournament venues. Depending on the sales situation at the venue, items may sell out.
Can I purchase additional items? Also, if I place an additional order, can they be shipped together?
We are unable to process additional orders after payment has been completed due to customer circumstances.
Additionally, we cannot combine or ship multiple additional orders together.
I haven't received the order confirmation email. I'd like to make a bank transfer, but I haven't received the email with the transfer details.

Do you offer gift wrapping or noshi paper? Is it possible to omit the prices on the delivery note?
Currently, SuMALL does not offer the above services. If you are purchasing for a gift or present, please have the item shipped to your address first, then arrange for onward delivery.
Regarding payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card payments, bank transfers, convenience store payments, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various smartphone payment services (PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay) are accepted.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been completed, so please be sure to confirm your selection when placing your order.
Is it possible to pay in installments by credit card?
We are unable to accept credit card installment payments.
For convenience store or bank transfer payments, should I pay after I receive the ordered items?
Convenience store payments and bank transfers are by advance payment only.
We will arrange shipping after confirming your payment.

About shipping
Can I have my package delivered to a Yamato Transport sales office?
We do not offer delivery to branch offices for pickup.
How many days will it take to ship after payment?
Once payment is confirmed, delivery is scheduled for the next day at the earliest for the Kanto region and surrounding areas, and 2-3 days for other regions.
However, if there are any issues with the delivery address, it may take time to confirm the address, and delays may occur due to weather conditions or other factors.
For made-to-order products, an estimated shipping time is provided on the product page.

Is it possible to specify a delivery date after payment?
You can specify or change the delivery date with Yamato Transport.
I would like to pick up my order at the main tournament venue and at the Kokugikan.
Items purchased through SuMALL cannot be picked up at the Ryogoku Kokugikan or at the tournament venue.
I'd like to correct or change the shipping address.

Shipping costs
A flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide. Shipping is free for purchases of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
