Global Shipping Guidance
This is a guidance page for customers residing outside Japan who wish to purchase SuMALL products. SuMALL is the official online shop of the Japan Sumo Association. No matter where you are in the world, you can enjoy shopping at SuMALL through the WorldShopping proxy purchasing service.

When you access sumall.sumo.or.jp from outside Japan, the “WorldShopping Cart” is displayed automatically.

Add your items to the WorldShopping cart. Click “Add to Cart” on the WorldShopping banner to proceed. The cart only appears for items that can be purchased from your country.

Fee
WorldShopping charges a 10% service fee on the “Total Product Price”*. Once SuMALL delivers the product to WorldShopping, you will receive a separate payment request from WorldShopping for the international shipping fee, handling fee and other fees (if any). See WorldShopping Fees for details.
*Total Product Price = Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee in Japan
Domestic shipping in Japan: flat 880 yen (tax included). Free when one order totals 10,000 yen (tax included) or more. See the SuMALL User Guide.
Payment
For overseas delivery, you can ask WorldShopping to buy items on your behalf and have them shipped to you. WorldShopping purchases Japanese products as your agent and delivers them around the world. Payment is made to WorldShopping, not to SuMALL.

Order Cancellation
As WorldShopping buys products on behalf of the customer, no changes to an order (such as cancellation or returns) can be accepted once the order has been placed with WorldShopping. Please confirm all product details before placing your order.

Order details
Do you offer gift wrapping?
SuMALL does not offer gift wrapping, noshi (ornamental gift wrap), or message cards. Orders placed through WorldShopping also cannot be gift-wrapped.
The "Add to Cart" button is not displayed.
Please check for the following possibilities:
1. The item is out of stock.
2. The item is not eligible for international shipping (items determined by SuMALL to be unshiurable overseas).
Shipping
How much is domestic shipping in Japan?
A flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) applies nationwide.
Shipping is free for orders totaling 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
Do you deliver to addresses within Japan?
If you wish to have your order delivered to an address in Japan, please order directly from SuMALL without using the WorldShopping cart.
In this case, please disable the WorldShopping cart by clicking "Ignore WorldShopping service"

*If you purchase directly from SuMALL, only payment methods available in Japan will be accepted.
How many days does it take from order to delivery?
At SuMALL, once payment is confirmed, we typically ship within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and summer/New Year holidays). Made-to-order products will be shipped according to the schedule specified on their respective product pages.
The number of days for international shipping varies depending on the destination.
