SuMALL User Guide


About Membership Registration

There are no admission fees or annual fees. By registering as a member, you can skip entering delivery address information, check your order history on My Page, register your favorite sumo wrestlers, and receive the latest information (new products, campaigns, etc.) via email newsletters.

・Please fill in all required fields on the new member registration screen.
・Please use a valid email address and set a password of 5 or more alphanumeric characters.
・If you have domain-specific reception set, please allow reception from "@sumo.or.jp".

About Orders

  1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
  2. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you wish to proceed with your purchase, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  3. Once the order process is complete, a screen will display "Thank you, Mr./Ms. ○○!".
  4. An "Order Confirmation Email" will be automatically sent to your registered email address.


【Important Notes】
・Products are secured at the moment the order process is completed. They are not secured when merely added to the cart.
・It is not possible to place an order for made-to-order products and regular products together.
・After an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
・We do not offer gift wrapping.
・Please be sure to confirm that the delivery address information is correct.


About Payments

The following payment methods are available:

【Credit Card Payment】
(VISA / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners)
・Payments are processed in a single installment.

【Bank Transfer / Convenience Store Payment】
・Bank transfer fees and payment processing fees are borne by the customer.

Convenience store payment fee: 220 yen
*Please check with your bank for bank transfer fees.

・After confirming your order, we will send you an email with details on the payment amount, transfer destination, and payment method.
・Products will be shipped after payment confirmation.
・If payment is not confirmed within 7 days after the email detailing the payment amount is sent, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order.
・When using convenience store payment, the maximum payment amount at each convenience store is 300,000 yen.

【Smartphone Payment】
(PayPay / Merpay / au PAY / d payment)
・Please complete the payment within 5 minutes after moving to the payment screen.

【Other Payment Methods】
Apple Pay / Google Pay


About Delivery

Product delivery is limited to within Japan.
Delivery company: Yamato Transport (we do not accept designation of specific companies)

【About Shipping Fees】
・A flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.
・For orders of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more in a single transaction, shipping is free (borne by the association).
・Delivery takes 2-3 business days.

【Returns due to long-term absence or incorrect address】
・If a product is returned to the SuMALL Delivery Center by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. due to reasons such as relocation, multiple absences, or an incorrect address, the SuMALL Secretariat will contact the customer via email. If the customer provides a deliverable address within 14 days after this contact, we will promptly reship the product via cash on delivery.
・If the customer does not provide a deliverable address within 14 days after the email contact from the SuMALL Secretariat (including cases where the email from the SuMALL Secretariat does not reach the customer due to errors, etc.), the relevant order will be canceled. In this case, the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fee and return handling fee specified by our association will be refunded (the refund period and method will be as designated by our association).
However, if a refund cannot be made due to reasons not attributable to our association, such as an unknown refund destination, our association may terminate the refund procedure.

【About Delivery Address Change (Forwarding)】
・For address changes after shipment, please kindly contact Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. directly. SuMALL cannot accept changes to delivery addresses.
・According to Yamato Transport's regulations, when forwarding, a shipping fee to the new address will be incurred and borne by the recipient as "cash on delivery."

【About International Shipping】
・This site does not offer direct international shipping.
For orders from outside Japan, purchases and shipments are possible by using the purchasing agency service "WorldShopping" (in addition to the product price, WorldShopping's specified fees and international shipping fees will be incurred).
When accessing this site from outside Japan, a dedicated WorldShopping cart will automatically appear.
Please proceed with your order through the displayed cart.

About Returns and Exchanges


While we take every precaution, in the event that you receive a defective product such as a damaged item, or a product that differs from your order, we will accept returns or exchanges.

1. Returns/Exchanges due to customer convenience
・After an order is confirmed, returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted.

2. Returns/Exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery
・Please contact us via the Inquiry Page within 10 days of product arrival. After confirming the details, we will provide guidance on returning the product and the return method.
・Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be borne by our association.
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you contact us after 10 days from product arrival, if you return the product without contacting us via the inquiry page, or if the product is damaged while in your possession.

3. Refunds / Handling of out-of-stock items
・In the event of a return due to a defective product, etc., the product price and shipping costs will be refunded.
・Refunds will be made through the payment company or by bank transfer.
・For defective or incorrect products, we will generally replace them with the ordered product. However, if the item is out of stock, we regret to inform you that we will issue a refund instead.
