This is an official Japan Sumo Association product, a pure gold koban commemorating the winner of the Reiwa 8th (2026) July Grand Sumo Tournament.
This is a special pure gold koban produced to commemorate the sumo wrestler who wins the Reiwa 8th (2026) July Grand Sumo Tournament.
The sumo wrestler's ring name will be inscribed on the surface in sumoji calligraphy.
It is manufactured by "Tokuriki Honten," a long-established company founded in Kyoho 12 (1727).
Each piece is carefully finished by artisans using the traditional "heragake" technique, which has continued since the Edo period.
This is a special pure gold koban commemorating a historic victory.
It will be delivered carefully in a paulownia wood box.
